Breakfast Pizza

 One weekend we were looking to have a nicer at home brunch but didn't feel like leaving the house.  I had a few leftover ingredients and whipped up this quick breakfast pizza.  We paired it with a simple salad for a fancy-feeling brunch.


Breakfast Pizza

1 small naan bread
2 slices precooked bacon
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp butter (optional)

Preheat oven to 425.  Melt the butter over the naan bread (optional).  On a cookie sheet or pizza stone, place the bacon and cheese on the bread, creating two wells.  Crack an egg into each well and carefully place in the oven.  Bake 10 minutes or until the egg has set.

Tips and Tricks

#1:  If I had planned it out, I would have added some veggies to this like sauteed mushroom or green peppers.
