Turkey Caprese Lettuce Wraps

 After a couple weeks on vacation, I was dying for a fresh, healthy lunch!  This recipe is super simple and takes less than 5 minutes to prepare.  It would also travel well if you made it in advance and just added it to the lettuce before serving.

Turkey Caprese Lettuce Wraps

3 large romaine hearts
3 slices turkey
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/4 cup sprouts
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp fresh basil

Arrange romaine on a plate.  Layer the turkey next then top with the remaining ingredients.  Drizzle balsamic over the top.

Tips and Tricks

#1:  By adding the turkey slices to the bottom, it provides the lettuce an extra barrier so that the toppings don't break through the fragile lettuce leaves.
